Apple kiosk brings new products to campus
Students can now visit the Student Center to use top-of-the-line Apple products.
A new Apple kiosk is located on the first floor of the Student Center equipped with two new computers and a student Apple representative to answer questions about products.
“We’re getting a quick e-mail station for students and Apple is getting people to use their products,” said Student Center Facilities and Operations Coordinator Vincent Surace.
With Barnes and Noble taking over the Rowan bookstore, Apple products no longer had a presence on campus. According to Surace, Rowan’s IT Department thought students would benefit from an Apple station.
Surace said they would like the future of the kiosk to mean students can buy products such as iPods at the kiosk.
“The initial phase is to get students to play,” Surace said.
