(Gloucester County Times)- In Old Bridge, N.J. on Monday, a young seal was found against a fence near the road. When initially found, the seal looked happy, but when animal control showed up, it passed out from being frightened. The seal is free of injuries and quite healthy, and is now back in the bay. This seal has been the second one discovered in Middlesex County in the past two months.

(Courier Post)- Three school districts in Burlington County will have its voters consider improving school proposals. The proposals costing $86.1 million will include upgrading eight schools in Willingboro, solar plan energy in Lumberton and a school expansion plan for Springfield. If plan is approved, property taxes will be raised about $159 for an average home.

(Philadelphia Inquirer)- In Glenside, Pa., President Barack Obama pushed urgency for the vote for health care Monday. Making a plea in front of the crowd of 1,800, Obama dismissed those who say that overhauling the health care system will cost Democratic party their majorities in Congress. The loudest cheers came from the crowd when Obama spoke about proposing a plan that will allow young people to be covered by their parent’s health care until the age of 26.
